Also arrested at the scene was Shaun White, 34, of Concord, who was reportedly out on parole on a previous drug conviction. White was charged with parole violations. Police also allege he was in possession heroin at the time of his arrest.
White was transported to the New Hampshire State Prison pending a parole board hearing. That board will decide how long White stays in jail due to the new charges. Police may also file more charges since White was allegedly in possession of the drug and was also harboring a known fugitive.
