Untimely Death Reported In Hooksett

UPDATE: "Homicidal violence" has been ruled out as a cause after a deceased woman found during a welfare check on Oct. 26.

CONCORD, NH — Investigators with the New Hampshire State Police and the NH AG’s Office were in Hooksett yesterday for an untimely death call, according to reports. Police and fire and rescue teams were sent to a home on Hooksett Road after a code grey call at around 5 p.m. on Oct. 26, 2017, according to scanner chatter. The state police were called in after that.

“The deceased female was located during a well-being check in her home on Hooksett Road in Hooksett,” according to Peter Hinckley, a senior assistant attorney general.

After an autopsy on Oct. 27, officials have determined that there is no reason to believe that the woman died due to homicidal violence, according to an updated press statement Friday afternoon.
