CONCORD, NH — Concord police are investigating a disturbance at a Heights restaurant that led to a smashed window on Sunday night.

Around 10 p.m., police were sent to the area around Wendy’s after a store employee reported a disturbance outside the eatery. He said two young Black men were involved in the incident, and when asked to leave the area, moments later, a large rock was thrown through a window. The suspects then ran toward the National Guard Armory.

“They said there’s a lot of damage,” dispatch told officers.

Concord fire and rescue teams were requested, and the employee was taken to the hospital.

The two men, in their 20s, known from prior contacts with police, were interviewed. One, Africa Sebasore, born 2004, of Concord was arrested on breach of bail and unlawful possession-intoxication charges. One officer surmised the other only appeared to witness the incident.
