Vermont Fugitive, Others Arrested by NHSP
New Hampshire State Police arrested Mass., NH teens on drug charges, a woman on child rape, gun, other charges, and others for DUI.

CONCORD, NH — A trooper recognizing a passenger in a vehicle after a traffic stop led to the capture of a Vermont fugitive, according to the New Hampshire State Police. Jacob Buchor, 23, pictured, of Springfield, VT, was arrested on Dec. 9, 2016, after a motor vehicle stop on Route 12 in Charlestown.

The trooper recognized Buchor after reportedly seeing him featured as the Fugitive of the Week in Vermont in a local newspaper.

“Buchor was arrested on an outstanding warrant from the state of Vermont for violation of probation, a warrant from the Sullivan County Superior Court for violation of probation, and two other warrants in Claremont and Keene District Court for failure to appear at various court dates,” according to Lt. Joseph T. DiRusso in NHSP. “Buchor was charged with being a fugitive from justice, administratively, as part of the extradition process to return Buchor to the state of Vermont for his charges there.”
Buchor was indicted, according to the Eagle Times, for employing a person 17 years of age or younger in the sale of a controlled drug-heroin, conspiracy/sale of a controlled drug-heroin, two counts of sale of a controlled drug-heroin, and delivery of articles prohibited-possession unlawful, in August 2014, and later, convicted.

Buchor was held on $25,000 cash bail.
Troop B Arrests
Amy Beaulieu, 44, of Sandown, for DUI and operating with an expired license at 1:01 p.m. on Dec. 2, 2016. About an hour later, Russell Beaulieu, 43, of Sandown, was arrested for driving after revocation or suspension and disobeying an officer. They were arrested near Exit 1 on I-293 North.
Holly Osborne, 18, of Auburn, was arrested at 10:41 p.m. on Dec. 1, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. She was arrested on I-93 North in Derry.
Kirstie Bean, 24, of Concord, was arrested at 1:05 p.m. on Dec. 1, 2016, for aggravated felonious sexual assault, felonious sexual assault-penetration of a victim 13 to 15, handguns-sale of a pistol to a minor, endangering the welfare of a child, witness tampering, and hindering apprehension or prosecution. She was arrested on North River Road in Manchester.
Rhodel Stillwell, 44, of New Boston, was arrested at 12:35 p.m. on Dec. 1, 2016, for burglary, after an alleged incident on Pleasant Pond road in Francestown.
Matthew Judd, 27, of Salem, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. on Nov. 30, 2016, for DUI and DUI second or third. He was arrested on I-93 North near the intersection with I-293 South in Manchester.
Joseph Robles, 20, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. on Nov. 29, 2016, for operating without a valid license on Valley Street in Manchester.
Richard Lewis, 29, of Nashua, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. on Nov. 28, 2016, for reckless operation. He was arrested near Exit 1 on the Everett Turnpike South.
Dennis Milardo, 64, of Andover, MA, was arrested for reckless operation. He was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 28, 2016, on I-93 North near Exit 2 in Salem.
A 16-year-old was arrested at 1:05 a.m. on Nov. 27, 2016, for reckless operation. He was arrested on the Everett Turnpike North near Exit 4.
Jacob St. Jean, 18, of Auburn, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. on Nov. 26, 2016, for reckless operation. He was arrested on I-93 South in Windham.
Christopher Wenrich, 22, of Manchester, was arrested for reckless operation at 12:45 a.m. on Nov. 26, 2016, on the Everett Turnpike South near Exit 4.
Jacquelynn Paul, 22, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:05 a.m. on Nov. 26, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent. She was arrested on the Everett Turnpike North near Exit 11 in Merrimack.
Troop C Arrests
Karl Swanson, 36, of Goffstown, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on Nov. 27, 2016, for speeding 11 to 15 mph over 55 mph limit and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested on Route 9 in Nelson.
Marco Mercado, 26, of Newport, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. on Nov. 25, 2016, for operating without lights and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested on Main Street in Claremont.
Troop D Arrests
Kendall Hoy, 18, of Danbury, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on Dec. 8, 2016, for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Hoy was arrested on North Road in Danbury.
Ross Bourgeois, 27, of Westminster, MA, was arrested at 12:12 a.m. on Dec. 7, 2016, for reckless operation. He was arrested on I-93 North in Bow.
Hakeem Harris, 18, of Plymouth, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. on Dec. 6, 2016, for operating without a valid license on I-93 South in Concord.
Richard Rankins, 50, of Hillsboro, was arrested at 5:49 p.m. on Dec. 6, 2016, for DUI and open container. He was arrested on I-89 North between Exit 1 and Exit 2 in Bow.
Erica Hines, 26, of Henniker, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. on Dec. 5, 2016, for aggravated DUI, 0.16+, on I-93 North at the Bow junction.
William Sadler, 28, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:56 p.m. on Dec. 3, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, reckless operation, and open container. He was arrested on I-93 South at the Hooksett Rest Area.
Guy Comtois, 55, of Pelham, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. on Dec. 2, 2016, for DUI. He was arrested on I-93 South.
Troop E Arrests
Michael Hayek, 27, of North Attleborough, MA, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on Dec. 7, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. He was arrested on Route 16 in Conway.
Nikolas Phillips, 18, of Marblehead, MA, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on Dec. 2, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. He was arrested at a rest stop in Ossipee.
Troop F Arrests
Joseph Schlaich, 20, of Dracut, MA, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. on Dec. 3, 2016, for unlawful possession of alcohol. Also arrested was Aliya Hale-Bennett, 19, of Lowell, MA, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana; Megan Mills, 20, of Dracut, MA, for unlawful possession of alcohol; and Nicholas Sousa, 19, of Tyngsboro, MA, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana.
Eddie Cardona, 18, of Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 10 p.m. on Dec. 3, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana and transporting alcohol by a minor. He was arrested on I-93 South near Exit 25 in Holderness.
