Vermont Man Dies in I-89 Crash

NHSP: Kenneth Stone was ejected from his vehicle last night from his pickup that rolled while towing a car on a trailer.

CONCORD, NH – New Hampshire State Police are looking to speak to anyone who may have been in Enfield last night and witnessed a crash near Exit 14 on I-89, according to an alert.

Troopers from Troop D and Troop C were called to the northbound side of I-89 for a report of a rollover with injuries before 7 p.m. on June 20, 2016.

When they arrived, they found a 2008 GMC Sierra pickup truck, that was towing a car on a trailer, that lost control and rolled over in the median. The driver – ID’d this afternoon at Kenneth Stone, 36, of Duxbury, VT – ejected from the pickup. He was transported to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and died later due to his injuries.

Three other passengers sustained non-life threatening injuries. The northbound side of the highway was closed for about two hours. NHSP were assisted at the scene by Grantham Police Department and Enfield Fire and Rescue Teams.
