Concord Police cleared an accident just off the intersection of Mountain and Hoit roads at around 5:30 p.m. on March 11. The late 1990s Ford Escort appeared to have swerved just before the intersection, misnavigating the interchange, possibly to miss another - or while hitting - another vehicle and landed on the side of the road in a snow bank just before 5 p.m. Debris was spotted on the side of the road, near Hoit Road. A minivan near the scene on Hoit Road also left tracks in the mud and may have been involved in the incident.
