VIDEO: Lynch Assists Food Bank Effort
Former governor asks others to buy a "Nothing" can, help curb hunger in New Hampshire.

Former Gov. John Lynch joined the “Nothing” can fundraising effort by the New Hampshire Food Bank last week.
The cans are being sold in an effort to raise awareness about the issue of hunger in the state and the need for funds by the food bank. Lynch, a long-time supporter of the food bank, said it was a worthy effort and asked all people in the state to join him in helping the food bank.
Lynch is one of a number of celebrity endorsements the food bank is gathering in the coming weeks to promote the effort.

Retirement, so far, for Lynch, is good. He is enjoying teaching and his free time, and has also signed on to be on the board of directors of Ping4.
“It’s amazing technology,” Lynch said. “The fact that they can send alerts to an area as small as 12 by 12 or a city block or an entire state … anywhere all over the world, is pretty remarkable with almost unlimited applications.”
