Vice President Joe Biden filed paperwork for President Barack Obama to run in the New Hampshire Primary.

Biden was escorted through the Statehouse with former Speaker of the House Terie Norelli, state Rep. Steve Shurtleff, D-Concord, Lynn Kilchenstein, the president of NHTI, Concord's Community College, Muriel Hall, a Bow Memorial School teacher, and Sonya Hackel, a retiree from Nashua.

The vice president joked a bit with Secretary of State William Gardner about previous campaigns saying he was happy to be with "the right guy" now. He said that he and Obama would be campaigning to win the New Hampshire Primary as well as the state in the general election.
