VT Mom Busted for Aggravated DWI
NHSP: Shauna Graham of Rutland was allegedly driving drunk on I-89 with a young child in her Jeep.

GRANTHAM, NH — A Green Mountain state woman will be in court next week to answer to a driving while intoxicated charge after being stopped last night on I-89, reportedly with a child in her vehicle, according to New Hampshire State Police. Shauna M. Graham, 47, of Rutland, VT, was arrested on Sept. 12, 2016, and charged with aggravated DWI.

According to state police, at just after 9 p.m., a trooper stopped a 1989 Jeep Grand Cherokee in Grantham that was reportedly operating erratically on the southbound side of the Interstate. The vehicle was pulled over and after investigating her alleged condition, she was arrested.

“The driver was also found to be in possession of several open containers of alcohol,” according to Staff Sgt. Charles W. Johnston of Troop D in Concord. “Graham’s breath alcohol content was measured to be 0.11.”
Since her 8-year-old son was in the vehicle at the time of the stop, the charge was elevated to aggravated DWI.

Graham is due in court on Sept. 20.
