Ward 8 Candidates Discuss Economic Development

The Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce held a candidate forum recently focusing on business, development, and economic issues in Concord. 
Each of the candidates were asked three questions and given one minute to answer. 
In this video clip, Ward 8 Concord City Council candidates Gail Matson and Dennis Soucy were asked what role the city government should play in economic development.
The incumbent ward councilor, Dick Patten, did not attend the event.
