Watch: Concord Fire Responds to Crash on Route 4
Crashes were reported last night keeping drivers stuck in traffic for a while. Concord firefighters took pictures and video from the scene.

CONCORD, NH — Traffic was at a standstill on parts of Route 4 and made its way all the way back to I-393 in Concord last night due to two crashes during the late afternoon an early evening of May 17, 2017. Engine 7 staffer Chris Andrews took this video from his helmet cam and posted it earlier today on the Professional Firefighters of Concord, NH – Local 1045 Facebook site. The first crash was reported at around 4:30 p.m., with two injuries reported, as well as a trauma alert.
A number of readers on the Concord NH Patch Facebook site reported being stuck in traffic for close to an hour.

About 45 minutes later, a second crash was reported near the Weathervane Restaurant, according to scanner chatter.
