CONCORD, NH - A couple of drivers had a bit of fun on Feb. 5, 2016, doing donuts in the Steeplegate Mall parking lot before the plows were able to really clear the lots. The pair drove back and forth numerous times outside of Sears at around 8:45 a.m. this morning. They then left the area, went to the other side of the mall, did some more spinouts, and then returned to the area by Sears. Then, the cops showed up and appeared to tell them to move along, which they did later.
