What is Missing From the Mall?

A quick stroll through the Steeplegate Mall on the Concord Heights recently yielded a number of empty stores from the small corner shop locations inside the mall itself to the large Circuit City storefront that has had only temporary Halloween tenants since it was emptied out in 2009, after filing for bankruptcy.

The mall complex itself has had some new additions in recent years including Ocean State Job Lot in the old Linens ‘n’ Things spot and other stores next to the Ninety-Nine Restaurant.

What store or stores would you like to see come to the city’s largest shopping area? Do you still go to the mall? Would you go to the mall more if there were more shopping options?
