What’s Going on at the Old Just Be Boutique?

New educational opportunities on Main Street in Downtown Concord.

It’s another edition of You Ask, Patch Answers.

This week, we take a look at the activity going on at the old Just Be Boutique location on 62 N. Main St.

There’s been a lot of activity at the location and we asked the new tenants back in July about it. At the time, public information wasn’t available. But now, New England College is ready to tell everyone that it’s moving into the location for classroom space and satellite offices.

Officials at NEC said the school will be offering graduate and masters programs in various concentrations including public policy and mental health counseling, and the space will be open for events and other opportunities for students and the public.

“In addition to our upgraded graduate classrooms upstairs, there is no limit to our multi-purpose and dynamic location proudly located on Main Street,” according to a post on the college’s website. “We welcome drop-in visitors looking for information, groups needing interns, public speakers preparing for debates, promoters of fine arts and theatrical productions, professionals practicing mock interviews, leaders holding team retreats, and so much more. Expect to find the center bustling with interns, graduate students, admissions counselors, faculty, community leaders, and members of the media and communications circles.”
