When Do Pools Open in Concord?
And what other cool things does the Concord Parks and Recreation Department have going on?

While the city of Concord Parks and Recreation Department anxiously awaits the official start of summer and the opening of its neighborhood pools, city officials, in a press statement, would like to take an opportunity to talk about all that the pools have to offer.
The city of Concord has seven neighborhood pools (White Park, Keach Park, Garrison Park, Rolfe Park, Rollins Park, Merrill Park and Kimball Park) that are open to all Concord and Penacook residents, free of charge, with a valid form of ID.
For non-residents, we offer a non-resident pool pass for $113, which will allow you to enjoy all of the neighborhood pools for the whole summer. To purchase a non-resident pool pass, please visit the Parks & Recreation Office at 14 Canterbury Road in Concord.

Thanks to a generous sponsorship from the Concord Housing & Redevelopment Authority, Concord and Penacook children are eligible to receive one FREE session of swim lessons this summer. To take advantage of this offer, please visit the Parks & Recreation Office at 14 Canterbury Road in Concord, as pre-registration is required. Please note that several classes are already full.
Anyone participating in swim lessons is asked to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled lessons begin, and a parent or guardian must be available to assist their child should it be needed at any time during the lesson. Parents and/or guardians are requested to attend all eight classes to ensure that their child has the best experience possible.
