I am excited about my candidacy for Concord School Board in this upcoming election. I have two daughters – Isabella (Bella), 8, and Madeline (Maddie), 1. As a work from home Dad I’ve had the great fortune to be able to get to know the school system where Bella learns, studies, makes friends, and grows as a person; and where we’re looking forward to Maddie doing the same. We’ve had the opportunity to see the effects of school consolidation on our children, and in doing so I’ve become more and more interested in how the overall system works and have become passionate about wanting it to serve both the interests of our school children positively and our community as beneficially as it can; and in turn for this election, making me all the more enthusiastic about wanting to serve as well. I will make my presence felt in the most positive of ways representing our community in general and our children in particular with a fresh eye towards balance and accountability. The means with which we ensure that we provide our children with the best opportunity for the finest education possible, the stronger Concord will be not just today but for our future in every way conceivable. Thanks for your time and attention; I’m looking forward to your feedback and suggestions and to being a difference maker for our district in particular and Concord in general.
