Will Another Nor’easter Hit NH Or Just Bring Flurries?
Update: The NWS has issued another hazardous weather outlook for Winter Storm Toby. Will NH get 5 to 10 inches or 3 to 6?

GRAY, ME — The National Weather Service has updated its “hazardous weather outlook” for the Granite State on Tuesday morning warning that a coastal storm heading into the region may shift and bring a significant amount of snow to southern New Hampshire. The alert was issued at 3:22 a.m. on March 20, 2018. It covers the entire state.
"There is increasing confidence that a coastal low pressure system will move close enough to the New England coast to spread snow, possibly briefly mixed with rain at times across much of southern New Hampshire and southern Maine late Wednesday and Wednesday night," the alert noted. "At this time...a plowable snowfall is possible."
The American Red Cross issued a press statement warning against complacency in the wake of forecasts that weren't not as specific as some like them to be.

“With all the stormy weather we’ve had in recent weeks, it’s important that we don’t become complacent,” said Lloyd Ziel, chief communications and marketing officer for the American Red Cross in New Hampshire and Vermont. “It may seem like 'old news' but a large amount of snow in a short amount of time can create problems for even the most expert New Englanders.”

On Monday afternoon, those reports began to change. WBZ-TV is predicting 2 to 5 inches in the central part of the state and 5 to 10 inches of snow in southeastern New Hampshire.
