Johnson was found around 7 a.m. near the intersection of West Shore and Woodvue Road. A member of a road paving crew working in the area found him inside the porta-potty. Fire and rescue teams were requested but Johnson had been dead for an extended period of time so no lifesaving measures were needed.
The New Hampshire State Police Major Crime Unit was then requested to assist. A K-9 unit was also seen searching the area around the scene.
