Winter Storm Citywide Parking Ban Issued For Concord On Tuesday Night And Wednesday Morning

No parking will be allowed on any Concord street between 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 10, and 7 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 11.

CONCORD, NH — The city of Concord has issued a winter storm event parking ban for Tuesday night to Wednesday morning.

No on-street parking will be allowed in Concord between 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 10, and 7 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 11. The city’s general services department is asking everyone to move their vehicles to ensure the streets can be cleared of snow. About 2 to 4 inches of snow is expected Tuesday night, according to an updated forecast.

The Concord School District also canceled all district events after 5 p.m. on Tuesday.

Vehicles not removed from the city streets will be ticketed and towed by Concord police.

Free parking is available at three city garages: On School Street, State Street, and Storrs Street. Free parking is available starting at 7 p.m. Vehicles can stay in the garages until 8 a.m. in permit-lease spaces and 9 a.m. in metered spaces. Permit-lease spaces are marked with signage.

Penacook residents can park in the Canal Street Municipal Parking Lot and the Tanner Street Municipal Parking Lot.
