A woman reportedly used a chair to smash a window at the state office on Terrill Park Drive on Thursday afternoon.

CONCORD, NH — Concord police took one woman into custody after she was accused of smashing a window at a state office building on the Heights on Thursday afternoon.
Around 3 p.m., police were sent to Terrill Park Drive after a report of a woman smashing windows at the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services Concord District Office of the New Hampshire Employment Program. Several officers arrived, but the woman had already left the scene. According to dispatch, the woman was at the office earlier in the day and reportedly was causing problems.
Dispatch gave officers the woman’s name and a description of her appearance and what she was wearing. She also had a cane, they said. One officer asked if she smashed the window with the cane, and dispatch said, “It was a chair.”
