The officer pulled the Dodge over near the Makris Lobster & Steak House and spoke to the driver, later identified as Racine.
Racine allegedly did not have her driver’s license on her. When asked if her license was suspended, Racine allegedly admitted it was, for driving while intoxicated. Dispatch also reportedly confirmed this.

Later in the report, the officer wrote that Racine’s license was revoked on March 28, 2012, for driving while intoxicated and suspended on April 12, 2012. She was convicted of DWI on April 25, 2012. Her license was also suspended again on June 21, 2012.
Racine was placed under arrest and allegedly became “very angry” after requesting that her car not be towed from the scene.
Later in the report, it was revealed that another officer had to take photographs of the back of the reporting officer’s cruiser as well as pictures of Racine at Concord Hospital. The rear passenger window of the patrol car was not broken, the report stated, but another charge - attempted criminal mischief - was added to Racine’s other charges. She was also given a speeding summons.
Previously, Racine was arrested in October 2012, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and attempt to commit simple assault. She was also arrested in February 2012 for driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest. In October 2011, she was arrested on two counts of simple assault and a resisting arrest or detention charge.
