Work Van Rear Ends Pickup Truck On Route 4 In Chichester: Watch

No drivers were injured after a multi-vehicle crash on Dover Road Route 4 on Monday.

CHICHESTER, NH — Chichester fire and EMTs, Loudon EMTs, and Chichester and Epsom police were sent to a crash on Route 4 on Monday.

The crash, near Robinson Road, was reported to the capital region fire dispatch around 4:45 p.m. One of the callers told dispatch they could not get out of one of the vehicles. The dispatcher said they did not believe the driver was entrapped, but the vehicle might need the door popped open.

The first responding EMTs, when they arrived, reported three vehicles with moderate damage. A second tone was issued for more Chichester firefighters to be sent to the scene.

EMTs requested a second ambulance, and Loudon EMTs were called at 5 p.m. to assist. Chichester Rescue 2 was also requested to assist, dispatch said. Later, EMTs were able to free the driver from the vehicle.

EMTs reported no transportation from the crash scene.

Tow trucks were called to remove the vehicles.
