Yoga & Writing Workshop in Concord on Nov. 9

Have you ever been driving home from work and Shazam! The idea for the next great American novel hits you and you can’t wait to get home and write it all down. Only by the time you’ve pulled into your driveway, the idea evaporates.

Or maybe the idea for your memoir creeps into your head while your in the shower except your hands are full of soap and by the time you’ve toweled yourself dry, you’ve forgotten the opening line.

Or maybe the idea of sitting down with a cup of coffee, a pen, and a blank page freaks you out.

You Are Not Alone!

I’ve wadded up more first drafts than I care to admit. The moment I grab my favorite groovy pen my inner critic shows up with her own red pen and a snarky look on her face. Sometimes, I think, a root canal would be easier than filling up a blank page with words.

Yoga and Writing: Journal to the Center of Your Soul is a writing workshop designed to help you get out of your head and into your heart

• Stream of consciousness writing prompts will help you peel back the layers fear, uncertainty and doubt.
• Writing prompts incorporate sight, sound, taste, and touch.
• You’ll be able to relax in a comfortable and safe environment so that you can write and create from your heart space.
