• Fire station officially dedicated in Derry (unionleader.com) — Derry’s new fire station has now been formally dedicated and opened to the community, with tours showcasing its modern, efficient design and historic memorabilia. Built to replace the cramped Central Fire Station and improve response times, the 29,579-square-foot facility is expected to serve Derry residents for the next century and stands as a point of pride for local firefighters and town leaders. 
• 656 graduate from Pinkerton Academy (cnhi.com) — Pinkerton Academy in Derry just graduated 656 members of the Class of 2026 in a ceremony on Memorial Field. Student speakers reflected on the everyday moments, friendships, and teachers that shaped their high school years before the class officially turned tassels and celebrated stepping into their next chapter.
• Police investigate fatal crash on North Lowell Road in Windham (wmur.com) — A man died Sunday after his vehicle left North Lowell Road in Windham and he was apparently ejected, despite CPR efforts by emergency crews. Windham police are leading the investigation with assistance from the Derry Police Department’s Technical Accident Reconstruction Unit, and the road was closed for several hours while evidence was collected.
