Accused Londonderry, Portsmouth Rapists Indicted: Court Roundup
Lawrence man faces drug charge; Plaistow man faces numerous knife attack charges; Massachusetts woman, New Jersey man face ID fraud charges

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Johnathon Purcell, 34, pictured lower left, of Hall Road in Londonderry, on 11 counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He's accused of raping a girl between Jan. 1, 2015, and Nov. 17, 2019, in Londonderry.
Dennis Reed, 75, of Jenny Dickey Hill Road in Derry, on 11 counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He's accused of raping a girl that he was a coach between Aug. 1, 2004, and July 22, 2005, at his home, a movie theater, and the Sports Zone in Derry.

Jesue Rigoberto Reyes-Ayende, 31, of Springfield Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-buprenorphine charge on June 1 in Salem.
Angel Gabriel Rivera, 28, of Dalton Street in Plaistow, on three first-degree assault, three second-degree assault, falsifying physical evidence, and two reckless conduct charges. He is accused of slashing a person with a knife and cutting them with a bottle, smashing another person in the forehead with a bottle, and then placing a bloody shirt in the bottom of a laundry pile to conceal it on March 30 in Plaistow.

Jonathan M. Roberts, 64, lower center, of Pickering Street in Portsmouth, on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. On Aug. 11, 2018, in Portsmouth, he's accused of raping a woman.
Princess Ann Robinson, 53, of Summer Street in Brockton, MA, on theft by deception and two forgery charges, all felonies. She's accused of uttering a check with a false signature to defraud Service Credit Union in Portsmouth and Newington of between $1,000 and $1,500 on Jan. 27.
David C. Rudnicki, 42, of Thomas Place in Edison, New Jersey, on identity fraud, forgery, and theft by deception charges, all felonies, as well as a manufacture/possess false government ID charge. He's accused of posing as another to obtain money from another person's bank account. The indictment states that Rudnicki was allegedly aided or working in concert with Victor Delacruz to obtain control of funds from TD Bank in Sale on June 27.
Emanuel Ruiz, 22, of Canton Street in Fitchburg, MA, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to dispense charge on May 25 in Hampton.
John Sclafani, 65, lower right, of Grout Farm Road in Raymond, on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-knife and two criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He's accused of threatening another person with a knife on June 15 in Raymond. Previously, according to the indictment, he was previously convicted of rape of a child in Middlesex Superior Court in Massachusetts in May 1997. According to the state of New Hampshire, Sclafani was convicted on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault with a victim under 13 and four counts of felonious sexual assault with a victim under 16.
