Alleged Barrington, Dover Drug Dealers Arrested by Sheriffs

BRENTWOOD, NH - The following people were arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department recently:

Aaron Dube, 26, of Calef Avenue in Manchester, was arrested on March 15, 2016, on a possession of controlled/narcotic drug charge

Ryan M. Arlin, 29, of Putnam Street in Manchester, was arrested on March 15, 2016, for contempt capias, marital non-support.

Matthew Balukas, 26, of Mica Point Road in Barrington, was arrested on March 15, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.

Jerry Barrows, 28, of Mechanic Street in Dover, was arrested on March 15, 2016, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs with intent to distribute, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs (subsequent).

Chelsea P. Bennett, 22, of Belmont Street in Manchester, was arrested on March 14, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP theft, second warrant for VOP on a heroin possession charge, third warrant on a failure to appear at the arraignment of a shoplifting charge, failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of fentanyl charge, possession of cocaine, and bail jumping.

Angela J. Chala-Robinson, 49, of Union Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested on March 14, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for violation of probation on a sale of cocaine charge.

Denise L. Mahala, 52, of Coffin Road in Epping, was arrested on March 14, 2016, for contempt capias-juvenile reimbursement.

Griffin J. Lahey, 36, of Intervale Road in Gilford, was arrested on March 14, 2016, on another agency’s warrant to contempt capias-non-support.
