Alleged Child Sexual Assaulters Indicted In Rockingham County

Concord man indicted for cutting another person's ear while driving and Rochester man indicted for allegedly trying to steal hospital drugs.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Johanny B. Reyes, 36, of Tiffany Road in Salem, for second-degree assault. On Nov. 22, 2017, in Salem, Reyes allegedly struck a child causing swell and lacerations to the child’s body.

John Rivera, 19, a homeless man now located in Derry, for possession of controlled drugs-clonazepam allegedly on Nov. 12, 2017, in Derry.

Wilfredo J. Rivera, 30, of Farnham Street in Lawrence, MA, on two felony counts of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon as well as driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and disobeying an officer. On July 28, 2017, in Salem, she allegedly swerved in and out of traffic at a high rate of speed and swerving at an officer’s cruiser.

Christopher Rodimon, 35, of Lafayette Street in Rochester, on three felony counts of obtaining a controlled drug by deceit-subsequent allegedly on Nov. 2, 2017, at Exeter Hospital in Exeter. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted in the District of Columbia on a controlled drug charge.

Lindsay Simon, 29, right, of Rockingham Road in Derry, for felony theft by deception for allegedly unauthorized control over money at Walmart on Oct. 7, 2017, in Derry. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of theft twice before.

Thomas G. Smith, 59, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Sept. 14, 2017, in East Kingston.

Khim Sok, 59, middle, of McGuigan Circle in Lowell, MA, for aggravated felonious sexual assault and felonious sexual assault. On July 26, 2017, in Portsmouth, he allegedly fondled a girl under 13.

Derick Spath, 42, left, of Steeple View Drive in Atkinson, on six felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault as well as sex assault. Between Sept. 1, 1999, and July 31, 2003, he allegedly raped and fondled a girl under 16 in Londonderry.

Tyler D. Spencer, 23, of Manor Road in Concord, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl as well as two counts of simple assault and reckless conduct. On Nov. 16, 2017, in Portsmouth, he allegedly cut another person’s ear and assaulted the person while driving. Previously, according to the indictment, Spencer has been convicted on a drug charge.
