Concord Man Arrested on Theft Charges: Log

Portsmouth Police: Teens busted for shoplifting, Mass. man arrested for loitering, trespass, and Dover men arrested on warrants.

PORTSMOUTH, NH – Tyler D. Spencer, 21, of Manor Road in Concord, was arrested at 6:32 a.m. on April 18, 2016, on three counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Police were sent to the Beechstone Apartments where a relative reported that a man who was outside, possibly “high on something,” and attempting to break into her apartment. Officers later found and arrested him. No drugs were found but some syringes were allegedly found and seized, according to the report.

Two juveniles were arrested at 3:51 p.m. on April 18, 2016, on shoplifting charges after an alleged incident on Lafayette Road.

Steven B. Morin, 49, of an unknown address, was arrested at 7:46 p.m. on April 18, 2016, and charged with criminal trespass, two counts of criminal mischief, and two counts of receiving stolen property. He was arrested at the Vaughan Mall while allegedly attempting to steal copper off a building.

Michael Bailey, 39, of Rosemary Street in Norwood, MA, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on April 19, 2016, on criminal trespass and loitering charges. Police were sent to Elwyn Road for a report of a man walking around the property. The man reportedly tried to open both back and front doors on the building and then left. The man was arrested at another location on Elwyn Road.

Justin Martin, 31, of Thompson Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:21 a.m. on April 20, 2016, on a bench warrant for theft by unauthorized taking. Also arrested was Rebecca Martin, 29, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth on a nonappearance in court bench warrant. They were both arrested on warrants at headquarters.

Joshua E. Barrs, 33, of Fourth Street in Dover, was arrested at 2:44 p.m. on April 20, 2016, on five issuing bad checks charges and forgery. He was arrested at the Rockingham County Jail.

Cody H. Sargent, 26, of Pyle Road in Mariaville, ME, was arrested on two bench warrants at 9:15 p.m. on May 8, 2016.

Joshua S. Liberty, 31, of Allen Street in Dover, was arrested at 8:55 a.m. on May 9, 2016, on a warrant from Rochester Police. He was arrested on Islington Street.

Marc Cogswell, 37, of Rockingham Avenue in Portsmouth, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on May 9, 2016, for unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle. He turned himself in on a warrant.
