
Thanks to all those who entered the Friends of the Newmarket Public Library’s first chocolate festival. The event raised $400 for the group. Congrats to the winners, Pao Brazilian Café which entered Brigadeiro in the commercial category and Exeter teen Solon James who made raspberry truffle brownies.
Love talking about books and want to make some new friends? Check out the newly formed book club, Books and Coffee. Their next meeting is April 19 at 10:45 a.m. and they’ll be discussing “Wild” by Cheryl Strayed.

Would you like to give back to the library you love? If you have some spare time, think about joining the Friends of the Newmarket Public Library. The next meeting will be April 4 at 7 p.m.
For the preschool set, story hour is held every Tuesday at 10:30. Kids will hear a story and do a craft.
