East Kingston Man Indicted On Domestic Violence Gun Charge: Rockingham County Court
Plus, alleged Maine drug dealer, prisoner indicted on assault charges, and Greenland habitual offender indicted for drunk driving.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court recently.
Timothy Shannon, 23, of Post Office Road in Eliot, ME, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to sell and possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, both felonies, as well as obstruction to driver’s view or riding mechanism and license required. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Route 16 in Newington and Portsmouth on March 3, 2017.
Matthew Shattuck, 22, of Brentwood Road in Fremont, for assaults by prisoners and conspiracy assaults by prisoners, both felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents on March 28, 2017, in Brentwood at the Rockingham County House of Corrections where he reportedly stuck another person and conspired with Troy Beers to assault the person.

Pamela Silver, 49, of Tyngsboro Road in North Chelmsford, MA, for felony theft by unauthorized taking – due to two prior convictions – allegedly on April 11, 2017, at the Market Basket in Plaistow. Anthony Somma, 26, of Stanwood Avenue in Plaistow, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, a felony, and driving after revocation or suspension allegedly on Feb. 27, 2017, at the Ingalls Terrace Recreational Park in Plaistow.
Mary S. Sorel, 53, of Leda Avenue in Manchester, for felony willful concealment – due to two prior convictions – allegedly on Jan. 16, 2017, at the Walmart in Seabrook.
Jeffrey Steele, 23, of Ocean Road in Greenland, on two felony counts of habitual offender as well as driving or operating under the influence and breach of bail conditions. On Jan. 2, 2017, he allegedly drove on Pleasant Street in Portsmouth and Woodbury Avenue in Newington.
Katherine R. Supple, 35, of Codfish Corner Road in Portsmouth, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine allegedly on March 24, 2017, in Portsmouth.
Timothy Tetreault, 52, of Troutbrook Drive in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Jan. 9, 2017, in Salem.
David Thomson, 50, pictured, of Clement Lane in East Kingston, for reckless conduct and domestic violence, both felonies, for allegedly holding a firearm to the head of a woman on Dec. 3, 2016, in East Kingston.
