Alleged Forgers, Thieves, Child Rapist Indicted in Rockingham County

Alleged Newton strangler indicted, prisoners indicted for alleged assaults, alleged Seabrook burglar, Mass. men indicted on drug charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court in June.

Francine Allen, 52, of Cove Road in Salem, for felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking. On Dec. 13, 2016, she allegedly attempted to conceal a UV nail dryer in her purse from Sally’s Beauty Supply in Salem. Twice before, according to the indictment, she’s been convicted of theft.

Matthew J. Anderson, 28, of Central Avenue in Portsmouth, on two felony counts of forgery and theft by unauthorized taking allegedly on Sept. 29, and Oct. 1, 2016, in Portsmouth involving a Northeast Credit Union account belonging to another person.

Edmanuel Andrickson, 40, of Cedar Street in Haverhill, MA, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies, for allegedly taking property from CVS and Rite Aid in Salem on March 27, 2017. Twice before, according to the indictment, he’s been convicted of theft.

Jonathan M. Balamotis, 26, pictured upper right, of Pollard Road in Plaistow, for felony assaults by prisoners allegedly on Feb. 3, 2017, in Brentwood.

Neil F. Barry III, 30, of Folly Mill Terrace in Seabrook, for felony burglary. On May 25, 2012, he allegedly burglarized a home on Mill Road in Hampton.

Troy Beers, 27, pictured upper left, of Lowell Street in Peabody, MA, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for conspiracy to commit assaults by prisoners and assaults by prisoners-extended term of imprisonment. On March 28, 2017, he allegedly conspired with Matthew Shattuck to strike another person with his fist. Beers, according to the indictment, has twice before been convicted on sentences in excess of one year.

Chelsea Bennett, 23, pictured middle left, of Pembrook Drive in Derry, for possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, a felony, as well as resisting arrest or detention. On April 17, 2017, she allegedly fled from a sheriff’s deputy in Greenland.

Stephen Bergeron, 48, of Essex Street in Lawrence, MA, on two felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. Between Oct. 1, 2011, and Sept. 30, 2016, he allegedly engaged in sex acts with a child who was between 10 and 15 in Salem.

Alex Blaisdell, 38, of Brook Street in Derry, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, a felony, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana allegedly on Oct. 14, 2016, in Derry.

Jonathan Bombach, 38, of Kent Farm Road in Hampstead, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl allegedly on March 25, 2017, in Windham.

Brigham Bosen, 40, of Loundon Road in Pittsfield, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly failing to deposit $3,900 in cash from Second Chance Auto in Derry on Dec. 31, 2014.

Ryan Brown, 27, of South Main Street in Seabrook, for possession of a controlled drug-Lorazepam, a felony, as well as control of motor vehicle where controlled drugs deposited allegedly on Feb. 3, 2017, in Raymond.

Katie Bubert, 36, pictured center, of Linden Drive in Kingston, for possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine-subsequent and delivery of articles prohibited-crack cocaine allegedly Dec. 23, 2016, in Brentwood while she was an inmate. Previously, according to the indictment, she’s been convicted of controlled drugs charges.

Karl Busch, 39, of North Main Street in Newton, for second-degree assault-domestic violence for allegedly strangling a teenager on Oct. 4, 2016, in Newton.
