Seacoast Power Yoga is pleased to announce that they have added Yin Yoga to their already robust schedule of classes in Exeter. Yin yoga is suitable for all levels of students and is a complementary practice to the more dynamic Power Yoga practice. Yin focuses on floor postures held passively for longer periods of time in order to access a safe and positive stress on the deep layers of connective tissue in the body (primarily hip, pelvis, and lower spine). Four classes have been on Wednesday, May 22nd and 29th from 11:30-12:30pm and Wednesday, June 5th and 12th from 7:15-8:30pm.
