NH AG: Thomas Gage of Newfields allegedly bilked more than $87K from a woman via five credit cards that she owned.

CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office has announced that a former attorney has been indicted on financial exploitation charges, according to a press statement. Thomas U. Gage, 57, of Newfields, was indicted last week in Rockingham County Superior Court on five counts of financial exploitation of an elderly, disabled or impaired adult. “The indictments allege that Gage, through the use of undue influence, acquired possession or control of five credit cards belonging to the alleged victim,” Garod stated. “The total amount of the alleged exploitation is $87,165.
