Habitual Offender from Exeter Arrested by Sheriffs

Christopher R. McBride, 23, of Spring Avenue in Lowell, MA, was arrested at July 24, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a receiving stolen property charge, clonazepam possession charge, and two other counts of receiving stolen property.

Joshua T. Moschetti, 25, of Irving Street in Everett, MA, was arrested at July 23, for VOP on a burglary charge.

Lee Wurzel, 57, of Winnacunnet Road in Hampton, was arrested on July 23, for def sent on an attempted burglary charge.

Rose Sheehy, 34, of Pammy Lane in Danville, was arrested on July 23, for driving after revocation or suspension.

Andrew J. Kourafas, 33, of G Street in Hampton, was arrested on July 23, for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of buprenorphine and possession of amphetamine charges as well as a possession of a controlled drug charge warrant from another agency.

Gagnon, 36, currently housed at the Old Colony Correctional facility in Bridgewater, MA, was arrested on July 22, on a Nashua District Court warrant as well as failure to appear at the arraignment of theft as well as possession of buprenorphine and amphetamine charges, receiving stolen property, and a possession of a controlled drug warrant from another agency.

Terale A. Lofton, 33, of Franklin Street in Exeter, was arrested on July 21, for failure to appear at the final pre-trial hearing on an operating while being a habitual offender charge as well as a second warrant for failure to appear at an operating while being a habitual offender charge.

Russell G. Sprague, 55, of Social Drive in Warwick, RI, was arrested on July 21, for driving after revocation or suspension.

Charles Czarnetzki, 41, of Summer Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on July 21, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and delivery of articles prohibited.

Frank J. Couture, 28, of Pearl Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested on July 20, on a fugitive from justice charge.

Jessica L. Tillson, 29, of Madison Avenue in Skowhegan, ME, was arrested on July 20, for failure to appear at the arraignment of a felon in possession charge as well as an electronic bench warrant for failure to appear on a felon in possession charge.

Shanea J. Bloomquist, 24, of Main Road in Eddington, ME, was arrested on July 20, for VOP on a sale of oxycodone charge and a bench warrant out of Exeter District Court for transporting drugs.

Daniel E. Laterowicz Jr., 28, of Meadow Avenue in Merrimac, MA, was arrested on July 20, for possession of drugs-acts prohibited.

Britt A. Marra, 39, of Morrison Street in Manchester, was arrested on July 20, for failure to appear at the sentencing of a possession of buprenorphine charge.
