Portsmouth Arrest Log: Juvenile Charged with Damaging Door

Julio Pula, 23, of Dubuque Street in Manchester, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on July 20, on a burglary warrant. He was arrested in the Hillsborough County Jail.

Shanea Bloomquist, 23, of Main Road in Edington, ME, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on July 20, on a warrant for criminal trespass and criminal mischief (vandalism). Rockingham County Sheriffs arrested her on a warrant.

A 15-year-old was arrested at 7:44 p.m. on July 21, on a criminal mischief (vandalism) charge for allegedly damaging a door on Middle Road. The complainant had video of the incident and wanted to press charges.
