Lowell Man Indicted On Attempted Murder, Stalking Charges In Seabrook: Court

California man was indicted on rape, strangulation, child sex abuse image charges in Portsmouth; man indicted on gun threat, other charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Christopher Omar Concepcion, 30 of Walker Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony attempted second-degree murder as well as stalking-domestic violence and two stalking charges. He was accused of suffocating another person in the surf of Harborside Park during an altercation on June 30 in Seabrook.

Windell N. Conley, 38, of Abbey Lane in Dover on a felony operating after a certified as habitual offender charge on May 10, 2020, on Route 16 in Newington.

Daryl A. Conte, 57, of Thornton Avenue in Saco, Maine, on a possession of methamphetamine charge on Jan. 11 in Hampton.

John J. Conway, 41, of Concord, imprisoned at the time of the indictment, on reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, criminal threatening-domestic violence, and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of point a gun and firing a gun at a motor vehicle in which an intimate partner was inside on Sept. 5, 2020, in Salem. Conway, according to the indictment, is a felon due to a felony theft conviction in Rockingham County Superior Court in April 2018.

Margaret Mary Corsaro, 67, of Barkland Drive in Derry on attempted second-degree murder and first-degree assault-domestic violence charges, both felonies. She was accused of stabbing an intimate partner in the chest and abdomen on March 13 in Derry.

Jonathan B. Santiago, 37, of Andover Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing shrimp from Market Basket in Salem on Nov. 14, 2019. Twice before, Santiago was convicted on theft charges.

David Sargent, 55, of East Broadway in Derry on first-degree assault-domestic violence, second-degree assault-domestic violence, and reckless conduct-domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of striking an intimate partner with a baseball on April 11 in Hampton.

Amy Savard, 44, of Diamond Pond Road in Colebrook on conspiracy to possess fentanyl, conspiracy to sell fentanyl, and possession of fentanyl with intent to sell charges charges, all felonies. Cameron W. Peters, 22, of Raydon Road Extension in York, Maine, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on July 16, 2020, in Portsmouth.

Gladys Ramos, 30, of Adams Street in Lowell, MA, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on Aug. 23, 2020, in Salem.

Joseph V. Reynolds Jr., 39, of Woodland Avenue in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of exercising control over a 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer, owned by another person, and removing it from a store parking lot without permission on March 7, 2020, in Newington.

Christopher Andrew Rodriguez, 25, of East Benmore Lane in Anaheim, California, on aggravated felonious sexual assault, attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault, certain uses of computer services prohibited, two second-degree assault-strangulation, 11 counts of manufacture child sexual abuse images, five counts of possession of child sexual abuse images, and three felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies, as well as interference with custody, prohibited sales of alcohol, and five sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping, assaulting, and fondling a teenage girl between Oct. 15, and Oct. 16, 2020, created videos on Oct. 15, 2020, and communicated with the girl between Sept. 1, and Oct. 16, 2020, in Portsmouth.
