Maine Man Indicted On Drug Dealing Charges: Court

Elderly Mass. man indicted on child rape charges, Manchester woman indicted on reckless conduct charges, Derry habitual offender indicted.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Dominic Purpura, 36, of Epping Street in Raymond, for felony possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to dispense allegedly on March 17, 2017, in Raymond.

Adam Quattrone, 20, of Winthrop, ME, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, heroin with intent to dispense and reckless conduct, all felonies. The charges stems from an incident in Greenland on April 27, 2017, after Quattrone allegedly accelerated a motor vehicle attempting to flee a state trooper in close proximity of his vehicle.

Christopher Rackleff, 43, of Clement Court in Haverhill, MA, for felony issuing bad checks. He allegedly wrote a check for more than $1,500 on a Citizens Bank account to an Exeter company that was refused due to insufficient funds. Michael Rathbun, 33, of Skylah Drive in Derry, on three counts of resisting arrest or detention allegedly on June 3, 2017, in Derry.

Kaitlyn Reed, 27, of Beech Road in Manchester, for felony reckless conduct and driving or operating under the influence or drugs or liquor allegedly on July 16, 2014, on Route 101 in Epping while “passing vehicles at an excessive speed in both breakdown lanes,” according to the indictment.

Jose Reyes, 31, of Railroad Avenue in Derry, for felony habitual offender as well as violation of highway markings and speeding – 57 mph in a 35 zone – for allegedly driving on Litchfield Road in Londonderry on April 19, 2017.

Bryan Richardson, 46, of Tuttle Road in Lee, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. Between March 30, and April 8, 2017, he allegedly exercised control over merchandise from Fire House Stove Shoppe in Epping.

Bonita Rivera, 54, of Farmington Road in Rochester, for attempted theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, for allegedly concealing merchandise in her purse on May 8, 2017, at JC Penney in Portsmouth. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted twice before.

Cory Roukey, 29, of Warner Street in Manchester, for sale of a controlled drug-accomplice-fentanyl and conspiracy to commit sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, both felonies, allegedly in concert with Scott Lessard on April 14, 2016, in Salem. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of one or more prior offenses.

Ray Saburi, 65, of Gateway Lane in Lynn, MA, on three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. Between Oct. 1, 2006, and Oct. 1, 2011, he allegedly fondled and sexually assaulted a girl who was between 5 and 10 at the time of the incidents.
