Mass. Woman Indicted On Drug Dealing Charges: Rockingham County

Plus, Stratham woman indicted in Exeter baseball bat attack, Raymond woman indicted on drug charges, and North Hampton man indicted for DUI.

BRENTWOOD, NH β€” The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Nicole Waterman, 37, Main Street in Raymond, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Aug. 4, 2017, in Raymond. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of possession in November 2012, in Merrimack District Court.

James W. Whitmyer Jr., 51, of Locust Street in Merrimac, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Aug. 12, 2017, in Seabrook. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of a prior offense.

Kevin Whitney, 34, of Abbey Road in Raymond, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Sept. 6, 2017, in Windham.

Rachel S. Wolters, 20, left, of Tidewater Farms Road in Stratham, for conspiracy first-degree assault and accomplice first-degree assault, both felonies. Between Aug. 15, and Aug. 30, 2017, in Exeter, she allegedly agreed with one or more people reportedly including Benjamin McAuliffe to attack another person with a baseball bat.

Melissa Yaratz, 46, right, of Maurice Street in Haverhill, MA, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, fentanyl with intent to sell-principal/accomplice and possession of a controlled drug-cocaine as well as resisting arrest or detention and driving after revocation or suspension allegedly while acting in concert with Jason Belmer on Aug. 31, 2017, in Salem.

Malcolm Young, 33, of Forest Street in Dover, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine allegedly on Oct. 21, 2017, in Portsmouth.

Jason Zogopoulos, 43, of Juniper Road in North Hampton, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and reckless conduct, both felonies, as well as DUI, conduct after; property damage, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle alleged on Route 125 in Kingston on Sept. 5, 2017.
