Mirsky: Warning---Some Politicians May Be Harmful to Your Health.
Supporting Medicaid Expansion for America.

Medicaid Expansion is a health care program that provides the opportunity for access to quality health care for the average lower income person. These are people who work hard and have jobs, but just do not earn enough money to be able to afford the high cost of health care in America today.
Medicaid Expansion is a program that is working and improving the health of all Americans by stopping the needless spread of disease. There is just no excuse for anyone in political power in this country to be against Medicaid Expansion.
Any “new” health care policy that ends or limits Medicaid Expansion is not a policy intended to help the American people.

There are people out there, politicians, wealthy people, who do not worry at all about being able to afford proper medical care for themselves or their families. These people oppose Medicaid Expansion. Let’s face it, we are talking about an issue that involves a contest between the power of people who have a lot of money versus the rights of people who do not have a lot of money.
Some of the people opposing Medicaid Expansion claim to have intricate economic theories as to why it would be better for masses of lower income people to go without the doctors, medicine and medical procedures they need, that somehow everything would be better if only the rich had enough money for adequate health care.

That doesn't sound right. That's because it is not right.
Do not fall for this malarkey. It is malarkey and it is bunk. Think about what those who are against Medicaid Expansion are really saying, they are saying that things would be better if people who are not wealthy, and their children and parents, just go without adequate health care, get sick, and die.
Yes, this is all very simple. There are some people in America who don’t care if other people die because they can’t afford screening for breast cancer, prostate cancer, colon cancer, or diagnostic testing for heart-related problems.
Those are the people who want to end Medicaid Expansion.
Do not let them do it!
When you watch the debate on health care in America, just ask yourself: Will the proposed policy help you, or will it hurt you? These are fair questions, and they are questions we all need to ask in order to protect ourselves from politicians who, in the final analysis, intend to do us harm.
