“Over the past three years, the New Hampshire Liquor Commission has carefully evaluated each of our stores to determine where we should make strategic improvements to better serve our 11 million customers and deliver critical revenue to New Hampshire’s General Fund,” said NHLC Chairman Joseph Mollica. “This new, highly visible Epping location will offer an expansive selection of nearly 3,000 wine and spirits varieties for customers to choose from and is estimated to generate approximately $6 million in gross sales during the first year alone.”

Epping’s new NH Liquor & Wine Outlet will be easily accessible to the estimated 61,000 cars that pass along Routes 101 and 125 per day and serve the communities of Epping, Fremont, Kingston, Durham, Madbury, Newmarket and the traveling public. The interior incorporates a New England-style barn clerestory with wooden truss detail, high efficiency LED fixtures, wide and spacious aisles for easy navigation, a 60-bottle temperature-controlled storage system for premium wines and two iPads to provide customers with product information, scores, and food pairing ideas.

NHLC is debuting an outdoor patio space reserved for premium wine and spirit tastings when weather permits. The tasting area consists of a polished concrete patio and anodized metal railing enclosure which complements the New Hampshire-sourced granite exterior. The building was built to LEED Silver certification specifications with sustainable siding and trim and a durable wind rated metal standing seam roof.

Since 2012, NHLC has strategically relocated or renovated 20 NH Liquor & Wine Outlets in the following communities: Bedford, Concord, Epping, Gilford, Hooksett, Hampstead, Lebanon, Lincoln, Londonderry, Manchester, Merrimack, Milford, Nashua, North Hampton, Peterborough, Plaistow, Portsmouth, Salem and West Chesterfield. New locations are planned on Route 104 in New Hampton and in the new Riverside Landing development on Ridge View Lane in Plymouth, NH.
