No Indictments Yet in Exeter Murder Case

Three family members were charged with conspiring to kill a local woman.

Three family members charged with murdering a woman in Exeter earlier this year remain in jail as their case moves forward.

None of the three have been indicted yet. Senior Assistant Attorney Susan Morrell said prosecutors are still working on the case.

Prosecutors said Amy Warf, of Hampton, was found dead in the old City Concrete Factory at 2 Hampton Road on March 7.

His sister, Michele Corson, of Skowhegan, Maine was also charged with being an accomplice to murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

State prosecutor Jay McCormack said Sarah texted Corson before Warf's murder, asking Corson to bring a "roasting pan" for Aaron. McCormack said "roasting pan" was code for a gun.

McCormack said the gun was used to coerce Warf into the City Concrete building, but he declined to elaborate. He said the three family members had been planning the murder since January.

"This was a conspiracy," McCormack said, adding Sarah gave police a "false" alibi for her husband when Warf's body was found.
