Nottingham Man Indicted On Rape Charges: Rockingham Court Roundup

Portsmouth man indicted on first-degree assault charges; Londonderry, North Chelmsford women indicted on theft charges; drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

James J. Demers, 34, of East Broadway in Derry, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on April 10, 2019, in Salem.

Emil F. Diaz, 27, of Garden Street in Lawrence, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on April 30, in Salem.

Crystal L. Dion, 36, of Cote Lane in Londonderry, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She's accused of stealing items from Walmart in Derry on May 17. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on theft charges in Manchester District Court in January and June 2018.

Tara B. Drake, 28, of Bronson Street in Littleton, on possession of a controlled drug-cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of a controlled drug-cocaine on April 23, in Epping.

Joseph M. Dufrenne, 29, with a last known address of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, on two felony first-degree assault charges. He's accused of using a metal pipe to strike another man in the head and hand, on May 4, in Portsmouth, causing a finger to be amputated.

Linda L. Durgin, 60, of Norton Street in Derry, on a felony criminal threatening charge. On June 16, in Derry, she's accused of wielding a knife at a man in an aggressive manner.

Lauriann Feely, 45, of Tyngsborough Road in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She's accused of stealing merchandise from Macy's at the Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem on May 10. Twice before, according to the indictment, she's been convicted on theft charges.

Kevin Fitzgibbon, 63, of Mosely Road in York, Maine, on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He's accused of driving on the Exit 3 offramp on I-95 South in Portsmouth on Aug. 22, 2018.

Kevin Folsom, 30, of South Main Street in Franklin, on a felony habitual offender charge. He's accused of driving on I-93 in Windham on June 20.

Mark S. Foster, 28, of Derryfield Road in Derry, on theft by unauthorized taking, attempted theft by unauthorized taking, and receiving stolen property charges, all felonies, due to being convicted twice before on theft charges. The theft charge stems from an incident at the CVS in Windham on June 20; the attempted theft charge stems from an incident at the Shaw's in Windham on June 20; and receiving stolen property charge stems from an incident at the CVS in Plaistow on June 20.

Ronda Lee Fowler, 48, of River Street in Haverhill, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She is accused of selling merchandise but canceling the transactions at the register and keeping the cash for herself at City Tobacco and Beverage in Plaistow in April. The amount was in excess of $1,500.
