Rochester Man Indicted On Gun Theft, Other Charges: Court

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Tad Abbott, 38, of Green Street in Northwood on a felony second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling another person on Dec. 1, 2020, in Northwood.

Luis D. Alvarado, 24, of Shannon Street in Worcester, Massachusetts, on criminal threatening with a deadly weapon, reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of displaying and threatening another person with a knife on May 9 in Salem.

Robert Beauchamp, 26, of Murray Street in Coventry, Rhode Island, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge after an incident in Hampton on Feb. 15.

Adam Bedard, 41, with a last known address of Route 3 in North Stratford on conspiracy to sell fentanyl and conspiracy to possess fentanyl charges, both felonies. On Jan. 20, in Londonderry, he was accused of communicating with others to purchase 40 grams of fentanyl and then, sell it to others.

Dana Burley, 36, of D’Amours Avenue in Rochester on possession of fentanyl-subsequent offense and possession of crack cocaine-subsequent offense charges, both felonies, in Epping on Dec. 31, 2020.

Liam Ulick Daniel Burke, 24, of Pinkert Street in Medford, MA, on a felony possession of oxycodone charge on Sept. 29, 2020, in Salem.

George Deveau, 56, of Aransas Pass, Texas, on a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charge. He was accused of possessing a machete in Salem on Jan. 1. Anthony G. Dichiara, 54, of Augusta Road in Belgrade, Maine, on a felony possession of cocaine charge and a transport drugs in motor vehicle charges on May 30, 2020, in Seabrook.

Deena Marie Dumaine, 38, of Rochester Hill Road in Rochester on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Oct. 5, 2020, in Northwood.

Hunter Eaton, 21, of White House Road in Rochester on burglary and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of burglarizing a home in Nottingham between Sept. 23, and Sept. 25, 2020, and stealing 11 guns, bows, and knives, as well as ammo, a saw, money, and other items. Bryan Erickson, 39, of Evergreen Lane in Groveland, MA, on second-degree assault-domestic violence, kidnapping, and criminal restraint charges, all felonies. The former Massachusetts state trooper was accused of putting his hand over a woman’s nose and mouth and impeding her breathing, restraining her, and keeping her from leaving a home in Exeter on Jan. 21.
