Seabrook Teen Indicted On Strangulation, Knife Threat: Court
Greenland man indicted for beating a man with skateboard, alleged Windham strangler indicted, Portsmouth man indicted on gun threat charge.
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in February in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Richard J. Nelson, 35, right, of Great Bay Road in Greenland, for first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and reckless conduct. On Aug. 24, 2017, he allegedly assaulted another man with a skateboard causing contusions, lacerations, and a fractured nose.
Christopher O’Brien, 32, of Lancelot Court in Salem, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. Between July 1, and July 3, 2017, he allegedly used a credit card belonging to Property Innovations to purchase personal items for himself.

Colin M. O’Reilly, 20, of Gosport Road in Portsmouth, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Nov. 19, 2017, in Portsmouth.

Francis W. Perkins, 47, of Collins Street in Seabrook, for felony theft by deception for allegedly stealing items from Walmart in Seabrook on Nov. 4, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted twice before.
Eric Peters, 38, of Locus Street in Laconia, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Jan. 28, 2017, in Portsmouth.
Ariel Pimentel, 26, of Willow Street in Lawrence, MA, for felony sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Oct. 20, 2017, in Salem.
Theodore Polito, 55, of Cheryl Road in Windham, for felony second-degree assault. On Oct. 28, 2017, he allegedly strangled a female family member in Windham.
Justin Pramas, 18, of Timber Court in Seabrook, for domestic violence-false imprisonment, reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, two counts of second-degree-domestic violence, interference with custody, and criminal threatening, all felonies. On Sept. 13, 2017, in Portsmouth, he allegedly threatened to kill a girl and intimate partner with a knife. Between Nov. 1, and Nov, 8, 2017, in Rye, he allegedly beat the girl with a baseball bat and strangled her. Between Nov. 7, and Nov. 8, 2017, he allegedly took or enticed the girl from a home on Hoyt Road in Haverhill, MA.
James Rafferty, 56, left, of Beechstone in Portsmouth, for criminal threatening, reckless conduct, and criminal restraint, all felonies. On Dec. 23, 2017, he allegedly pointed a firearm at another person and stated, “You aren’t going anywhere” or words to that effect” in Portsmouth.
