Seacoast Men Arrested on Drug, DWI, Other Charges

The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested the following people:

Kenneth T. Belliveau, 25, of Schanda Drive in Newmarket, was arrested on Dec. 17, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrest for violation of probation on a receiving stolen property charge.

John J. Fournier, 52, of Winter Street in Fairfield, ME, was arrested on Dec. 17, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on an operating while being a habitual offender.

Mark R. Mauger, 29, of Springtree Lane in South Berwick, ME, was arrested on Dec. 17, 2015, ford def sent violation on a controlled premises drug kept charge and a bench warrant for theft.

Junior Diaz, 32, of Osgood Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Dec. 17, 2015, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.

George B. Richards Jr., 49, of Frying Pan Lane in Stratham, was arrested on Dec. 16, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrest on a civil violation court order.

David A. Makin, 42, of Rona Avenue in Raymond, was arrested on Dec. 16, 2015, for being a habitual offender and default or breach of bail conditions.

James W. Wojtowicz, 28, of Epping Street in Raymond, was arrested on Dec. 16, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrest for def sent violation on a possession of marijuana charge and a bench warrant for controlled drug acts out of Exeter District Court.

Vanessa Monteiro, 30, of Forest Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Dec. 15, 2015, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs with intent to distribute.

Francisco DeJesus, 35, of David Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Dec. 15, 2015, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs with intent to distribute.

Eric J. Dingus Sr., 37, of State Street in New Haven, CT, was arrested on Dec. 15, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a burglary charges.

Ronald Dionne, 33, of North River Road in Epping, was arrested on two counts of driving while intoxicated on Dec. 13, 2015.

Marlin H. Fogg, 33, of South Main Street in Seabrook, was arrested on Dec. 13, 2015, for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of methadone charge.
