Sheriffs Arrest Pembroke, Seabrook, Manchester Residents

Plus, Methuen man arrested on numerous charges including heroin possession, theft, and stolen property charges.

The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested the following individuals recently:

Michael F. MacDonald Jr., 34, of Lowell Street in Manchester, was arrested on March 22, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of heroin charge.

Robert A. Morrison, 31, of Ayer Village Road in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on March 23, on a judge’s order to arrest for def sentence violation on a possession of Clonazepam charge.

Meagan Welch, 26, of LaFayette Road in Seabrook, was arrested on March 23, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear in drug court on a theft charge plus two bench warrants. The bench warrants were for two counts of controlled drug acts prohibited and DWI.

Nicholas W. Santos, 25, of Church Street in Pembroke, was arrested on March 23, on a judge’s order to arrest for court fees violation on an operating after suspension charge.

Todd M. Doughty, 46, a homeless man with no fixed address, was arrested on March 24, on a judge’s order to arrest on a violation of parole/probation charge from an operating while being a habitual offender charge.

James R. Slater, 25, of Lowell Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested on March 27, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the plea sentencing on a receiving stolen property charge as well as theft, two counts of receiving stolen property, possession of heroin, resisting arrest, and disobeying an officer.

Ryan A. Cavallaro, 25, of Forest Street in Salisbury, MA, was arrested on March 27, on a judge’s order for second-degree assault and simple assault.
