• INVITATION TO BID Gilsum Winter Sand Trucking 2026 (gilsum-nh.gov) — Gilsum is seeking sealed bids from contractors to truck winter sand for the town's Highway Department, with proof of insurance required. Official bid sheets are available on the town website and at the Town Office, and completed bids must arrive at the Selectmen's Office by noon on September 14, 2026.
