Alleged Cocaine, MDMA Dealers Indicted: Roundup

Plus, Haverhill woman indicted for stealing thousands from Subway Restaurant and a Newfields woman allegedly submits false urine sample.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Ryan Harris, 27, of New Dam Road in Sanford, ME, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, allegedly in Seabrook on May 12, 2016.

Michael Hebert, 37, of Sagamore Avenue in Portsmouth, for two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-cocaine, Oxycodone, allegedly on Jan. 29, and Feb. 5, 2016, in Portsmouth.

Kyle Holden, 23, of East Street in Northfield, MA, for two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-MDMA, cocaine, with intent to distribute, as well as resisting arrest or detention, obstruct government administration, attempted criminal mischief, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. On July 16, 2016, in Hampton, he was allegedly in possession of drugs during a traffic stop by the New Hampshire State Police.

Jessica Hurlbert, 33, of Halls Mill Road in Newfields, for felony attempted falsifying physical evidence, allegedly on Aug. 17, 2016, in Exeter. The indictment alleges that she concealed a bottle containing liquid that she knew to be a false urine sample inside her person.

Jessica Johnson, 29, of Broadway in Haverhill, MA, for three counts of theft by unauthorized taking, two of them felonies. In June and July 2015, in Londonderry, she allegedly exercised control by failing to deposit nearly $7,500 belonging to Subway Restaurant.

Louis Jones, 41, of Caleb Drive in Epping and Strathmore Road in Methuen, MA, for two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, Buprenorphine, and contempt of court-breach of conditions, allegedly on Oct. 13, 2015, and Jan. 23, 2016, in Salem.
