Alleged RI Drug Dealer, Others Indicted: Roundup
Plus, Epping man indicted for Hampton DUI crash with injury, Salem woman indicted for DUI, drug charges in Londonderry.
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently by the Rockingham County Superior Court.
Richard Boudreault, 38, of Towle Hill Road in Kensington, for driving under the influence of drugs and felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl. On April 7, 2016, in Exeter, he was allegedly driving in the parking lot of a gas station. Boudreault was previously convicted of DUI in March 2013, in Seabrook District Court.

Thomas Burke, 33, of Pine Street in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking, for allegedly stealing Crest White Strips at Hannaford on June 14, 2014, in Derry. He was previously convicted for theft.
Gregory Bruno, 28, of North Road in Brentwood, for felony solicitation arson. In September 2016, in Brentwood, he allegedly solicited an inmate at the Rockingham County House of Corrections for setting fire to a residence on Green Road.

Colby Cameron, 20, of Pearson Way in Epping, for driving under the influence of drugs or liquor, conduct after an accident, driving after revocation or suspension, and falsifying physical evidence, all felonies. On Sept. 4, 2016, he allegedly drove drunk on Ashworth Avenue in Hampton and caused a crash, failed to stop at the scene of an injury, and acted in concert with Joshua Ryan to alter the appearance of the scene of the collision when they moved a female passenger from the passenger seat to the driver’s seat of the vehicle, according to the indictment. Cameron’s driving privileges were suspended in August 2015.
Shannon Case, 40, of Lucille Avenue in Salem, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, hydrocodone, control of premises with controlled drug, and driving under the influence of drugs or liquor. On May 13, 2016, in Londonderry, she was allegedly driving under the influence of drugs on Mammoth Road.
James Cerasuolo, 37, of an unknown address, for felony delivery of articles prohibited-fentanyl, allegedly on Aug. 22, 2016, in Brentwood, while being held in the Rockingham County House of Corrections.
Nicholas Cesaro, 28, of Pleasant Street in Providence, RI, for possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled drug-MDMA, both felonies, as well as possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. On Sept. 12, 2016, he was allegedly in possession of the drugs in Greenland.
Corey M. Chabuz, 25, of Trues Parkway in Sandown, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. Between January and April 2016, he allegedly exercised unauthorized control over the property of Advanced Auto Store in Plaistow.
