Auburn Man Indicted On Deadly Weapon, DWI Charges After Motorcycle Crash: Superior Court

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Nathan Giguere, 31, of High Street in Exeter on three felony habitual offender charges and two simple assault charges. He was accused of driving on Exeter Road in Hampton Falls and Lafayette Road in Seabrook on Dec. 8, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV. During the same time period in Seabrook, Giguere was accused of punching a woman in the face.

Cameron Russell Giordano, 18, of Oakridge Drive in Londonderry on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of scratching a 2011 Mazda 3, owned by another person, on Aug. 31, 2022, in Londonderry.

Daren K. Gragg, 46, of Pembroke Drive in Derry on theft by deception, attempted theft by deception, and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing items and deceptively returning items at Walmart in Derry on Aug. 20, and Aug. 26, 2022. Twice before, Gragg was convicted on theft charges.

William Carl Hallstrom II, 42, of Pingree Hill Road in Auburn on reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, driving after revocation or suspension, and two aggravated driving while intoxicated charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving on Franklin Street in Derry while impaired on drugs and causing a crash with a motorcycle with injury — amputated foot-broken legs on one person; fractured hip on another, on Sept. 2, 2022. At the time, he had a suspended license.

Crystal M. Hansen, 36, of Friar Tuck Lane in Nottingham on delivery of articles prohibited and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug in the Rockingham County House of Corrections in Brentwood on Nov. 9, 2022.

Andrew L. Hanson, 27, of Hammond Street in Sanford, Maine, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Jan. 28, 2022.

Bryce Michael Hardy, 59, a homeless man now located in Derry, on a felony attempted burglary charge. He was accused of trying to pry open the door to a home on Richardson Drive in Derry on Sept. 13, 2022.

Malcolm X. Hawkins, 32, of Merrimack Street in Manchester on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. He was accused of calling a woman a rat and telling her, “don’t do the police thing, ima leave you alone,” or words to that effect on March 26, 2022, in Derry.
